Overview
CappsAI Connect is a hyperlocal platform built by CappsAI Technology Private Limited. It runs two distinct marketplaces in one app: free hyperlocal job posting, and Instant Help, a paid, on-demand dispatch network for local services. Both use real-time location and run in English, Hindi and Tamil, with mobile number + OTP login (no passwords).
Jobs
Free, forever, for both sides:
- Post "Need a Worker" or mark yourself "Available Now" for daily wage, part-time, skilled trades or regular openings
- Browsed by category, ranked by Smart Match (distance, category fit, recency)
- Contact is direct — call, WhatsApp or in-app chat, no middleman
Instant Help (services)
A paid, dispatched network for on-demand local services — AC repair, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, and delivery as a service category within Instant Help:
- Category → exact job (e.g. AC Service → Gas Filling, Installation, Repair, General Service)
- Four urgency tiers: Need Now, Within 1 Hour, Today, Tomorrow
- Live GPS tracking with one-tap Google Maps navigation for the partner
- Customer pays the partner directly; CappsAI's fee is billed to the partner and itemized separately
Matching (how requests get assigned)
Jobs and Instant Help use two different, real matching mechanisms — see the full comparison:
- Jobs — Smart Match: ranks listings for browsing; nobody is auto-notified or assigned
- Instant Help — wave dispatch: nearest verified partners notified first; radius widens automatically if nobody responds; first to accept locks the job, atomically (no double-booking)
Completion & billing
- Extra work found on-site needs the customer's explicit approval before it's added to the bill.
- A 6-digit completion code is sent to the customer once work is done — nothing is marked complete until they read it out to the partner in person.
- The final bill itemizes service amount, approved extras, and tip — separately from CappsAI's commission.
