CappsAI Edu360 is a school management system — a school management platform built by CappsAI Technology Private Limited for schools in India. It replaces the spreadsheets, paper registers and disconnected apps schools rely on with one connected system — used every day by administrators, teachers, parents and students.
The platform is multi-tenant by design: every school runs on its own isolated, secure workspace, with role-based access so each user — Admin, Principal, Teacher, Parent or Student — sees exactly what they need and nothing more. Modules can be switched on per school, so a school only pays for and uses what it needs.

The assistant runs every lookup and change through Edu360's own screens as the signed-in user. Same permissions, branch limits, switched-off modules and validation. A teacher's assistant can't see payroll.

A person confirms every change
Admissions, fee payments, leave, settings: each becomes a card you review. Cards expire in 10 minutes, run once, and money changes are marked FINANCIAL. Every attempt is audit-logged.

Excel, PDF or CSV reports on request, plus the same PDFs the screens print: student profile, admission form, TC, bonafide certificate, fee receipt, invoices and payslips.

What is Edu360?

Is Edu360 available on mobile?
Yes. The web platform is at edu360.cappsai.com and the Android app is on Google Play, with role-based screens for teachers, parents, students, drivers and support staff. The iPhone app is coming soon.
Can we use only some of Edu360's modules?
Yes. Modules such as attendance, fees, payroll, transport, hostel, exams and special education are switched on per school, so a school only pays for and uses what it needs.

AI Assistant
What can the Edu360 AI Assistant do?
It answers questions from your school's records (students, attendance, fees, leave, transport, payroll), explains how to use any Edu360 screen, generates Excel, PDF and CSV reports and official PDFs, and prepares changes such as admitting a student, recording a fee payment, marking attendance or applying leave. Each change runs only after you press Confirm.
Can the AI see data my role isn't allowed to see?
No. Every lookup and change goes through Edu360's normal screens as the signed-in user, with the same permissions, branch limits and module switches. The assistant can only show or do what your login already allows.
Which languages does the AI Assistant support?
English, Tamil and Hindi. Ask in any of them and it replies in the same language.
Can I talk to it instead of typing?
Yes, on Premium and Enterprise AI plans. Press the microphone and speak: it sends when you pause and reads the reply aloud. You can also switch on the "Hey Dude" wake word in Chrome or Edge while Edu360 is open.
Is our school data used to train the AI?
No. Edu360 uses Amazon Nova through AWS Bedrock in the Asia-Pacific region. Nothing is trained or fine-tuned on your data, and passwords, tokens and one-time codes are removed before anything is sent to the model.
Is the AI Assistant on the mobile app?
Not yet. The AI Assistant is part of the Edu360 web app, used by school admins and staff who hold an AI seat.
How is the AI Assistant priced?
Schools add an AI plan (Basic, Premium or Enterprise) with a set number of AI seats, a monthly usage allowance and daily limits. School Admins can track usage on the AI Usage page. Contact us for current plan pricing.
