What gets automated
- Leads capture themselves. Your website form, chat bot or the Web Leads API creates the lead, with source page, UTM tags and device recorded, and notifies you and your team instantly.
- Auto-reply with a draft quote. Optionally, each website enquiry gets a draft quote emailed back in seconds, built from your price list.
- A chat bot that sells at midnight. The website assistant answers from your knowledge and prices, collects name, email and phone and turns the chat into a lead.
- Follow-up reminders. A notification when each follow-up is due; Today, Upcoming and Overdue views; hand one to a colleague in a click.
- Lead assignment with a notification to the person assigned (Pro and Premium).
- Recurring invoices for retainers and AMCs, emailed automatically on paid plans.
- Payment status updates itself: record a payment and the invoice moves to partly paid or paid, and reports update.
- Monthly AI business report on sales, quotes won and lost, unpaid invoices and best clients.
- Help desk automations and AI-suggested answers from your own articles (Premium).
AI does the drafting, you stay in control
Press Ctrl/⌘ + J or say "Hey Studio" and ask in plain words: "Quote for ABC Technologies, website redesign 80,000", "Remind me to call Ravi at 10", "Which invoices are overdue?", "Make an Excel sheet of my unpaid invoices". The assistant prepares it and shows it to you first. It never saves on its own and never calculates money; totals come from the app.
The automated loop
- Bot chats: a visitor asks about prices; the assistant answers from your price list.
- Lead captured: the chat becomes a lead and your team is notified.
- AI quote: a GST quote is drafted from your saved prices for you to approve.
- Sent and accepted: shared on WhatsApp or email; you see when it's viewed, then convert it to an invoice.
- Paid: record the UPI payment, the invoice turns Paid and your team sees it.

Prices are per month and exclude 18% GST. Every new account gets Premium free for 7 days, with AI included; afterwards it moves to Free unless you choose a plan. Nothing is charged automatically.
What it isn't
Studio isn't a general workflow builder like Zapier: the automations are built into the sales loop rather than designed by you. To connect your own website, app or tools, use the Web Leads API and Tickets API on Premium. For bigger, custom automations, our automation services team can build them.
