Two modes: free guided bot, or AI
- Guided question flow, free on every plan: the bot walks visitors through your questions and services and captures the lead.
- AI mode: answers open questions in plain language. It needs an AI pack (₹200 a month), the 7-day trial, or your own OpenAI, Claude or Gemini key, in which case you pay the AI company directly and CappsAI charges nothing for AI.

Prices are per month and exclude 18% GST. Every new account gets Premium free for 7 days, with AI included; afterwards it moves to Free unless you choose a plan. Nothing is charged automatically.
